Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.All hypertensive patients on regular treatment with controlled blood pressure ( \<150/90mmHg)Posted for general and Gynecological surgery
  • 2\.American Society of Anesthesiologists grade II

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.patients with hearing problem
  • 2\.Those who can’t understand Guajarati, Hindi or English language
  • 3\.Patients with history of psychiatric illness
  • 4\.Patients not willing to do relaxation
