Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.All hypertensive patients on regular treatment with controlled blood pressure ( \<150/90mmHg)Posted for general and Gynecological surgery
- •2\.American Society of Anesthesiologists grade II
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.patients with hearing problem
- •2\.Those who can’t understand Guajarati, Hindi or English language
- •3\.Patients with history of psychiatric illness
- •4\.Patients not willing to do relaxation
