Inclusion Criteria
1.All hypertensive patients on regular treatment with controlled blood pressure ( <150/90mmHg)Posted for general and Gynecological surgery
2.American Society of Anesthesiologists grade II
Exclusion Criteria
1.patients with hearing problem
2.Those who can’t understand Guajarati, Hindi or English language
3.Patients with history of psychiatric illness
4.Patients not willing to do relaxation
