suffered from insomnia for 3 or more months
Older than 18 years
Education equal to or higher than 12 grade
Informed consent
Suffering from undiagnosed or untreated illnesses or psychiatric disorders that have variable nature.
Older than 55 years old
Co-morbidity with schizophrenia, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, bipolar disorder & other sleep disorders
Consuming medications for treating insomnia disorder
Cognitive impairment that make hard to understand treatment instructions.
Abusing of drugs & alcohol until six months before study begins.

Name Time Method Biological hyper-arousal. Timepoint: Pretreatment, session 3, session 5, post-treatment, 1-month follow-up, 3-month follow-up.
