Inclusion Criteria
- •Have a bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
- •To work as a nurse in one of the departments of Aja hospitals located in the cities of Isfahan and Tehran
- •She or he has not participated in preparation courses to deal with crisis situations before
- •Have electronic equipment (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.) to participate in the electronic workshop.
Exclusion Criteria
- •A nurse working in the psychiatric department of an army hospital
- •Unwillingness to cooperation by the nurse
