- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Perceived Stress is the main outcome for this study.<br><br>The construct will be measured with the Perceived-Stress-Questionnaire (PSQ-20; Levenstein et al., 1993; Fliege et al., 2005) as well as the Perceived-Stress-Scale (PSS-10; Cohen, Karmarck & Mermelstein, 1983; Klein et al., 2016). <br><br>The Scales will be used for baseline measurement before the yoga-intervention (T0), one week after the last class (T1) and six weeks later (T2).<br>
