The primary objective of the study is a reduction in PIU severity measured by the Skala zum Onlinesuchtverhalten bei Erwachsenen (OSV-S, Wölfling et al. 2010). <br>The outcomes will be measured at five (or six, respectively) assessments: before starting the intervention (t0), after 2 weeks of intervention (t1), after completion of the intervention (t2) and 4-6 weeks follow-up (t3a). The waiting group additionally fulfill the questionnaires at a second follow-up (t3b). Members of both groups participate at a second follow-up assessment after 6 months (t4).
