1)Patients belonging to ASA1 & 2 posted for elective surgeries between age group 18-65 years.
2)Patients with BMI > 25kgm2 based on WHO criteria.
3)Patients posted for fractional currettage,Dilatational & currettage(D&C)/Medical termination of pregnancy(MTP),cervical encerclage,laproscopic sterilization and DJ stenting procedures
1)Nasal bone fractures & basilar bone fractures.
2)Paediatric age group, age less than 18years and not more than 65years.
3)Patients whose BMI less than 25kg/m2.
4)Patients belonging to ASA 3 ,4 and Emergency procedures.
5)Patient refusal.
