Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients posted for elective supratentorial high\-grade gliomas resection surgeries.
- •1\)Age18\-65years.
- •2\)ASA grade I and II .
- •3\)No pre operative sensory or motor neurological deficits.
- •4\) Glasgow coma scalescore 14\-15\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal for study .
- •1\)Patients with focal neurological deficits.
- •2\)GCS score less than 14
- •3\)Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years .
- •4\)ASA grade III and IV .
- •5\) Pregnant or lactating women.
- •6\) Recurrent brain tumor.
- •7\) Unable to communicate, comprehend or co operate during a neurological examination.
- •8\)Impaired mental status
- •9\) Presence of significant comorbidities like coronary artery disease, COPD, systemic hypertension, chronic renal disease.
