Primary Outcome Measures

Determine the efficacy of an enhanced SMS-based message strategy at improving clinic attendance. The enhanced SMS strategy will be tested against the current standard of care. The proportion of clinic appointments attended by a participant will be assessed by review of attendance records.[12 months]
