1)Over the age of 50
2)Users of welfare facilities for the elderly (care facilities, day care centers)
3)Those who have a guardian who can accompany him/her when he/she listens to medical history and participates in research
4)Those who agreed in writing to participate in the study
1) When brain diseases that can be the main cause of cognitive decline are accompanied: Normal hyperhydrophilia, Louis somatic dementia, autoimmune encephalitis
2) Infectious or metabolic diseases that can cause cognitive decline: Syphilis, AIDS dementia, vitamin B12 deficiency or folate deficiency, hypothyroidism
3) Patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, etc. and being treated
4) A person who has severe vision loss, severe hearing loss, or communication impairment to the extent that intervention and effectiveness evaluation cannot be conducted
5) A person who has difficulty cooperatively participating in the study until the end in the judgment of the researcher
6) A person who disagrees with research
