入选标准
- •Patients with traumatic injuries (e.g. vertebral fractures) and the consequences of injuries (e.g. post\-traumatic misalignment) of the thoracolumbar spine
- •\- Patients with degenerative spinal conditions (e.g. herniated disc, stenosis, etc.)
- •\- Adults (\= 18 years of age)
- •\- Consent to the application of the regional anesthesia procedure
- •\- Consent to participate in this study after detailed
排除标准
- •\- Inflammatory diseases and tumors
- •\- Chronic pain syndrome with use of opioid painkillers for longer than 6 months
- •\- Neurological deficit
- •\- Contraindications for a peripheral regional anesthesia procedure (e.g. allergy to local anesthetic, infections in the puncture area, refusal by patient)
- •\- Lack of consent to participate in the study
