- •Patients with traumatic injuries (e.g. vertebral fractures) and the consequences of injuries (e.g. post-traumatic misalignment) of the thoracolumbar spine
- •- Patients with degenerative spinal conditions (e.g. herniated disc, stenosis, etc.)
- •- Adults (= 18 years of age)
- •- Consent to the application of the regional anesthesia procedure
- •- Consent to participate in this study after detailed
排除标准
- •- Inflammatory diseases and tumors
- •- Chronic pain syndrome with use of opioid painkillers for longer than 6 months
- •- Neurological deficit
- •- Contraindications for a peripheral regional anesthesia procedure (e.g. allergy to local anesthetic, infections in the puncture area, refusal by patient)
- •- Lack of consent to participate in the study
