Inclusion Criteria
1. Participants willing to complete our intervention period
2. A fulfilling baseline of GHQ-12 screening
3. Participants who never practiced any meditation
4. Normal and corrected vision
Exclusion Criteria
1. Any brain surgery prior six months
2. With Visual deformities and serious eye disorder
3. Any physical, mental, emotional ailments or disorders
4. Substance abuse or drug withdrawal syndrome
5. Not fulfilling screening criteria
6. Female subjects will be excluded from assessments during PMS and Menstrual Phase
