Inclusion Criteria
Subjects with Typhoid fever meet the diagnostic criteria
Exclusion Criteria
Patients without consent
Cases with having conditions such as immunodeficiency, cancer, major congenital abnormalities or syndromes, and chronic illnesses
Patient having intraventricular hemorrhage and skin injury
The results which do not permit the separation of the cases of S. typhi and S. paratyphi
