Inclusion Criteria

? The multi Society Task Force on vs/uws. n Engl J Med 1994, giacino JT, et al. neurology.2000.
? Age 18-50 years old, regardless of gender.
? More than 12 weeks after sudden disturbance of consciousness, i.e. sleep wake cycle occurs, and eyes open coma occurs for more than 12 weeks).
? Doc caused by focal injury (craniocerebral trauma and stroke) with intact brain structure.

Exclusion Criteria

? History of epilepsy.
? Doc caused by hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and other whole brain factors.
?There are contraindications to MR scanning.
