Name Time Method - Physical fitness upper extremity (measured by the Short Physical Performance Battery)<br><br>- Gross coordination upper limb (measured by Box and Block Test)<br>- Fine hand coordination (measured by Nine Hole Peg Test)<br>- Hand strength (measured by hand dynamometer)<br><br>t0: before the start of the intervention<br>t1: after 6 weeks<br>t2: after 16 weeks
