Presence of a single oral or axillary temperature of more than 38 degree Celsius for greater than or equal to one hour along with an absolute neutrophil count less than 500 per mm cube or less than 1000 per mm cube with expected decline to less than 500 per mm cube within the next two days
Pediatric cancer patients between the age group of 0 to 15 years who are presented with complaint of fever in casualty
Pediatric cancer patients or care givers consented for Telenursing instructions and visiting casualty with FN will be included in experimental group
If the patient or caregiver had given informed consent in the chemotherapy ward and have arrived casualty without contacting Tele-Nurse then the participant will be considered in control group
Stable access to mobile network for experimental group
Both the group with TTA will undergo FN standard protocol as per TMH
Pediatric cancer patients or care givers who are unable to use mobile phone
Pediatric cancer patients or care givers who have received Telenursing instructions and not visiting casualty
