Inclusion Criteria

1)Children aged between 05 to 10 years of either sex.

2)Patient evaluated with Grade 1 and Grade 2 of Malnutrition (I.A.P Grading of Malnutrition)

3)Patients with PEM due to poverty, under nutrition and Low socioeconomically status will be selected.

4)Children whose parents are willing to give consent for Clinical trial.

Exclusion Criteria

1)Children suffering from known major systemic illness necessitating hospitalization.

2)Children with evidence of malignancy, genetic or congenital anomaly.

3)Children with known Mal-absorption syndrome or inborn errors of Metabolism.

4)H/O Hypersensitivity to any of the trial drug or their ingredients.
