Lower limb fractures
Exclusion Criteria
History of drug addiction
History of migraine
Inability to communicate properly with the patient to evaluate postoperative pain
Need to be admitted to the ICU after surgery
Patients in ASA class 2

Name Time Method The pain. Timepoint: After surgery, first in recovery at zero hours, then at 6, 12, 18 and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: pain assessment ruler.

Name Time Method Vital signs. Timepoint: In minutes 5, 10, 20 and 60, 90 and 120. Method of measurement: monitoring.
