Inclusion Criteria
1. Adult orthodontic patients having Angle’s Class I bimaxillary protrusion requiring all first premolars extraction treatment plan
2. Patients with good oral hygiene
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with syndromic conditions and craniofacial malformations
2. Patients with any metabolic disease
3. Patients requiring any other extractions other than all first premolars
4. Patients with poor oral hygiene
