- •1. Satisfaction to participate in the study 2. Having a minimum undergraduate nursing degree 3. Lack of participation in the spiritual intelligence workshop in the last 6 months 4. Lack of participation in communication skills workshop in the last 6 months 5. At least 6 months work experience at Imam Khomeini Hospital in Mahabad
