  • 3\)ASA : I\-III
  • 4\)Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty under combined spinal epidural anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\)Patient refusal
  • 2\)Revision total knee replacement
  • 3\)Patients with coagulopathy
  • 4\)Local infection
