Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Participants in this study are adults aged 30\-59 who have been identified with obesity after completing health examinations at one of 2 regional branch medical facilities of the Korea Association of Health Promotion in Korea in 2012(Western Seoul and Gangnam branch). Obesity is defined the following three conditions: (1\) BMI(body mass index) \=25kg/m2 ; (2\) waist circumference \>90cm for men or \>85cm for women; (3\) Body fat percentqage \> 25% for men or 33% for women.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria for the study are: being on medication for weight control; and not providing signed consent form for participation in the study.
