1.patients either asymptomatic or having clinical signs and symptoms of endometriosis
2.patients eligible for Virechana karma and Basti karma
3.patients having CA-125 level <500 U/mL
4.women with Hb >7 gm%
1.patient having chocolate cyst size greater than or equal to 7 cm as per USG report
2.pregnant women with endometriosis
3.women with Hb <7 gm%
4.suspected carcinoma of reproductive tract
5.patient with infectious diseases of reproductive tract like tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases
6.congenital anomaly of reproductive tract
7.patients with history of cardiac diseases, chronic liver disease, uncontrolled hypertension (systolic BP above 160 & Diastolic above 100 mmHg), uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (above the range of 160 mg/dl-RBS)
8.patients not eligible for Virechana karma and Basti
9.patients having CA_125 level >500 U/M

Name Time Method Reduction in the size of endometriosis by using USG findings according to American Society for Reproductive Medicine Revised Classification of Endometriosis & Changes in Value of CA-125 and reduction in Dysmenorrhoea, Dyspareunia and deep seated pelvic pain by using VAS score and Scale.Timepoint: B.T.(0 day) and A.T.(After 3 months)
