Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Apparently healthy people
  • Willing to follow the suggestions made by the investigators for a duration of 6 months.
  • Willing to take the interventions for 6 months.
  • Willing to undergo relevant laboratory investigations at suggested timelines.
  • Wellness assessment score 55 and above

Exclusion Criteria

  • Chronic diseases in severe conditions that require additional treatment and hospitalization
  • Patients hospitalized/underwent surgeries for any disease during the past 6 months that requires additional special care and that influences wellness score. E.g. fracture, dislocation etc.
  • Patients on chemotherapy or received chemotherapy during the past 12 months.
  • Patients on Antitubercular medications and on any long\-term antibiotic courses.
  • Pregnant and lactating women.
  • COVID positive cases. (until they get negative test result report)
  • Uncontrolled diabetes
  • Stage II and higher HTN
