1.Patient’s age group ranging from 20 - 60 years.
2.Patient presenting with chronic periodontitis with periodontal intraosseous defects having indication for periodontal regenerative therapy
3.Patients should be free of systemic diseases
4.Pathologic tooth migration due to loss of periodontal tissues
5.Patients having pocket depth =5mm in maxillary and mandibular posterior teeth.
1.Any systemic disease that might affect the periodontium.
2.Compromised immune system.
3.Any recent periodontal therapy.
4.Bleeding disorders.
5.Those with poor oral hygiene compliance during / after phase-I therapy.
6.Pregnant and lactating females.
7.Individuals having any deleterious habits like smoking and tobacco chewing.
8.The CBCT images of the patients who had pathologies such as cysts or tumors in the mandible, osteoporosis, osteomyelitis, or osteopetrosis in the mandible, history or evidence of previous surgery in the mandible, history of maxillofacial trauma, or asymmetry of the mandible were also excluded.
9.Uncooperative patients.

Name Time Method Radio Visio Graph (RVG) to assess the area of bone fill in the defect site.Timepoint: Radio Visio Graph (RVG) to assess the area of bone fill in the defect site at baseline, 1 month and 3 months.
