To participate in the study have informed consent;Has an undergraduate degree in Nursing or a Master's and higher; In one of the hospitals in Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences is working;A minimum of 2 months ago in one of the sections (internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics), hospitals are working Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences; In the past month, more than 2 weeks sick leave or not to be; Speech and hearing is not a problem; Effective drugs on the psyche of the consumer; The mid-range and high job stress.
