Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1. Full term parturient of age 20 -35 years.
  • •2. American society of Anaesthesiologistsclass 1 and 2
  • •3. Scheduled for caesarean section under subarachnoid block during the study period.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1. Patient refusal
  • •2. Below 20 years and more than 35 years.
  • •3. H/O hypertension, preeclampsia, eclampsia,hyperthyroidism, any coexisting neurological , cerebrovascular, renal , metabolic, psychiatric, occulovascular disorder.
  • •4. Having known fetal abnormalities and fetal distress.
