入选标准
- •The inclusion criteria will be the following: Consent to participate in the study (informed consent), current employment (part-time or full-time), occupation in the care sector (outpatient or inpatient), sufficient command of the German language
- •Addendum on 21.10.2022:
- •After it turned out to be meaningful in the course of the study not to make the intervention available exclusively to care workers, the target group will be expanded to the general population (regardless of occupation) from 01.11.2022.
排除标准
- •- diagnosed psychotic disorder
- •- acute suicidal tendency
- •- current psychotherapy, on a waiting list for psychotherapy or intending to start psychotherapy in the near future
- •- concurrent participation in other health training to reduce stress or promote self-compassion
- •- starting or changing medication for stress, anxiety or depressive symptoms within the last four weeks or planned
- •- no guarantee of regular internet access over the next seven weeks
