Inclusion Criteria

1. College students
2. No hearing problem and colour blindness

Exclusion Criteria

1. Experiencing or being a patient relates with brain, cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases
2. Experiencing or being a psychitric patient
3. Experiencing motor-vehicle accident
4. Regular smoking or alcohol drinking
5. Regular mindfulness practice
