(a) Age - 40 to 70 years
(b) Sex - Both
(c) Ambulatory patients
(d) Patients having radiological evidence of OA.
(e) Patients with classical signs and symptoms of Sandhivata of Janu Sandhi.
(f) Patients having the symptoms of OA

(g) Patients suffering from mild, moderate or severe pain in knee joints.
(h) morning stiffness <30 minutes duration
(a) Age below 40 years and above 70 years.
(b) Patients with ligamental injury or in other surrounding tissues of knee joint.
(c) Patients having severe Osteoarthritic changes.
(d) Patients with bony deformity.
(e) Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
(f) Patient having redness / inflammatory sign.
(g) Not willing to sign inform consent or registerd in other case study.
