简要总结
Background: Excessive smartphone usage has been linked to musculoskeletal issues, including decreased hand grip strength, pinch strength, median nerve conduction velocity due to repetitive stress on the median nerve. Median nerve mobilization is a therapeutic technique that may improve nerve function and muscle performance. However its effectiveness in individuals with smartphone overuse remains under explored.
Objective: This study aimed to Effectiveness of Median Nerve Mobilization on hand Grip Strength, pinch strength and motor nerve conduction velocity in College Students with smartphone overuse
Methods: A quasi-experimental study will be conducted at Maharishi Markandeshwar Deemed to be University. College students aged 18–30 years with smartphone overuse more than or equal to 4 hours/day and reduced hand grip strength pinch strength and motor nerve conduction velocity will be measured. Median nerve mobilization ULTT1 will be administered three times per week for four weeks.
Data Analysis: Data will be analyzed using SPSS software version 20. Based on sample size, normality will be assessed using Kolmogorov or Shapiro-wilk test will be used. Depends on normality, parametric and non-parametric tests will be applied. A significance level of p less than 0.05 will be considered statistically significant.
