Signed informed consent. Age over 18 years. Either: Presence of an idiopathic Parkinson's syndrome in stage > 2 according to Hoehn and Yahr
Or: Presence of cerebellar ataxia
Or: Presence of sensitive ataxia
MMST over 24. BDI over 18. BMI < 30 kg/m²
MMST = 24; BDI = 18; obesity (BMI > 30 kg/m²); age under 18 years, Pregnancy or lactation (exclusion by anamnesis), inability to walk or severe walking impairment with inability to stand and walk freely, presence of severe orthopaedic, psychiatric or internal diseases
