Inclusion Criteria

  • Meet DSM-IV criteria for social phobia
  • Internet access + printer
  • Australian citizen

Exclusion Criteria

  • Severe depression/suicidality
  • Current substance use/dependence
  • Change in medication for social phobia in last month or intended change
  • Current CBT treatment for social phobia or anticipated
