Inclusion Criteria

  • •Women age 20-40 years who desire to be transgender male
  • •have not received GAHT and performed gender reassignment surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Having history of clinical atherosclerosis, metabolic disease, hypertension, gynecologic disease
  • •Using cardiovascular medication or medication that would affect
  • •vasoconstriction or vasodilation or testosterone metabolism
