Improvement of numbness was observed in patients from preoperative 50% by oral of Neurotropin. Score on the significant difference between the Neurotropin oral group and the non-oral group at any point in time that was measured was not observed. But Quick DASH, but significant improvement was obtained from 1 month after surgery compared with the time of the first visit in the oral group in severity score both (Quick DASH: p <0.05, severity score: p <0.0001), non-oral group in a significant improvement is obtained at postoperative 3 months later (Quick DASH: p <0.05, severity score: p <0.01). Also without have improvement of subjective symptoms is obtained preoperatively had obtained functional improvement of early postoperative period.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method VAS scale of pain and numbness, the Quick DASH and carpal tunnel syndrome severity score Japan Tegeka Society version severity score are used as a functional evaluation. We evaluate each patient on the first visit, preoperative, postoperative 1 month, 3 months, 6 months.
