Inclusion Criteria

1. single rooted permanent teeth, which are impacted, periodontally compromised.

2. single rooted Permanent teeth which are to be extracted for orthodontic purposes.

3. single rooted Avulsed/broken teeth due to trauma

4. single rooted Teeth which are removed due to involvement of any pathology E.g. cystic lesion, benign tumor which is not secondarily infected.

5. In non- root canal treated restored tooth, restorative part will be removed.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Teeth with an active periapical infection.

2.Root canal treated tooth

3.Patients who have any dental anamoly i.e.

Amelogenesis imperfecta, dentinogenesis

imperfecta,etc.

To find a cheaper, readily available and sustainable <br/ ><br>option to autogenous bone graft materials for <br/ ><br>augmenting alveolar defects and in the bargain use <br/ ><br>something which was just a biological waste until nowTimepoint: 1. selection of patients and carrying out the study. <br/ ><br>2. follow -up in 3rd to 6th month. <br/ ><br>3. compilation ofa data in 6th to 9th month. <br/ ><br>4. writing finishing of dissertation and submission in 9th to 12th month.
