Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA physical status I, II
2. Patient undergoing elective surgeries under General anesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Consent not given.
2. Obvious anatomical abnormality of face, head, neck and shoulder.
3. Upper airway abnormality (e.g. tongue tumor, maxillofacial tumor or fracture)
4. Any head and neck surgery or radiation
5. Inability to open mouth
