Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •College athletes of any sport; of both genders; over 18 years old; to train at least three times a week at a competitive level
Exclusion Criteria
- •Interruption of sports activities in the last six months due to injuries; report of any neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, pulmonary or metabolic condition that may interfere or contraindicate the research procedures
