1)Healthy and ready for surgical implantation
2)No history of psychosis
3)No uncontrolled bleeding disorder
4)No smoking or smoking less than 20 cigarettes/day in the last 5 years
5)No intravenous injection of bisphosphonate medication
6)Never received head and neck radiotherapy
7)Can maintain good oral health
8)Good attitude towards implants and prostheses
9)Able and agree to undergo treatment and follow-up for a total of at least 8- 10 visits
1)Have maxillary single denture
2)Unhealthy, uncontrolled systemic disease, Bleeding disorder, ASA class III
3)Heavy smoking ( > 10 cigarettes/day)
4)Alcoholism or drug abuse
5)On intravenous-injection bisphosphonate medication
6)Experience of head and neck radiotherapy
7)Poor attitude towards implants and prostheses
8)Ill-fitting denture or improper prosthesis
9)Unable to maintain good oral hygiene or to clean prosthesis
10)Conditions that would prevent completion of study participation
