1. Limitation of passive movement in the glenohumeral joint compared with the unaffected side, more than 30 degrees for at least two of these three movements: forward flexion, abduction or external rotation
2. Symptom duration at least for 1 month, patient has undergone physiotherapy with no improvement
Uncontrolled diabetic ( >200mg/dl or Hba1c > 8).
Glenohumeral arthritis,
Full thickness rotator cuff tears on USG,
Calcific tendinitis on Xray/USG,
Previous injections to the shoulder,
Inflammatory arthropathy,
Suspected infection,
Previous h/o CVA/cardiac disease,
