1. Age at 18-50 years old
2. Heterosexuality
3. do not desire to have children within the next year
4. Be willing to participate in the research and sign a consent letter.
1. Cannot communicate in Thai
2. Planning to have children
3. Already Use a long-term method of contraception. (Contraceptive IUD or contraceptive implant)
4. No desire to use contraception due to religious beliefs
5. Have a history of vasectomy or hysterectomy or have a partner who has had male sterilization surgery
6. Declining participation in research studies
