Have cynical diagnosis of idiopathic PD; To be classified as stages 2 to 4 of the Hoehn & Yahr Scale (HOEHN, YAHR, 1967); Presenting two or more IC symptoms, according to the Rome III Criteria (SHARIFI-RAD et al, 2017); Demonstrate ability to understand and obey simple commands; Ability to wander for at least 10m without personal assistance; Be in regular use of antiparkinsonian medications; Absence of associated pathologies that may significantly affect bowel functioning and / or postural balance and / or gait; Absence of rectal bleeding or other gastrointestinal or proctological complications.
Does not demonstrate ability to perform the proposed exercises, even after several instructions; Does not have a means of communication (telephone) for daily contact and therapeutic follow-up.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The bowel function will be evaluated through the Bowel Function in the Community scale, applied before the interventions, after the end of the interventions, and 30 days after the end of the interventions (follow-up).;Stool consistency will be described through the Bristol Scale, applied before the interventions, after the end of the interventions, and after 30 days of the end of the interventions (follow-up).;The analysis of the postural balance will be evaluated using a Bertec® Strength Platform, being observed before the interventions, after the end of the interventions, and 30 days after the end of the interventions (follow-up).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The gait analysis will be performed using the motion analysis system - Qualisys Motion Capture System® (QUALISYS MEDICAL AB, 411 13 Gothenburg, Sweden), evaluated before the interventions, after the end of the interventions, and after 30 days of the end of the interventions (follow-up).;Criteria for the quality of life of patients will be assessed using the Parkinson Disease Questionnaire-39 (PDQ-39) questionnaire, which will be applied before the interventions, after the end of the interventions, and after 30 days of the end of the interventions (follow-up).
