- •1. Age >= 65 year-old
- •2. DM type II
- •3. Elective surgery under general anesthesia with oroendotracheal tube
- •4. ASA II-III
排除标准
- •1.ICU care prior to OR
- •2. On ECMO
- •3. On vasoactive drug
- •4. U/D; Coronary artery disease
- •5. U/D; CVA
- •6. Cardiac arrhythmia
- •7. Intubation prior to OR
- •8. Difficult intubation
- •9. Plan rapid sequence induction
- •10. EF < 35%
- •11. BMI < 16 or > 35
- •12. Albumin < 2
- •13. Plan for combine GA and RA
