1 Patient having repeated acute attacks of sinusitis and undergoing allopathic treatment for symptoms like facial pain-pressure-fullness mucopurulent discharge nasal obstruction for a duration of 12 or more weeks
2 PNS waterâ??s view X ray finding showing Mucosal thickening, Polyps, Opacity reporting frontal sinusitis, maxillary sinusitis, and ethmoidal sinusitis.
3 Patients already on allopathic medication/ topical agents, homoeopathic medicines will be included after 7 days of washout period
1 Patient suffering from the sphenoidal sinusitis.
2 Patient having Deviated nasal septum, cleft lip, otitis media.
3 Patients in need of surgical interventions like Septoplasty.
4 Patients suffering from uncontrolled systemic illness or life-threatening disease condition.
