- •Risky alcohol consumption, assessed by an AUDIT score >=6/8 for women/men and an amount of 14/21 for women/men standard units alcoholl within the past week
- •- having a job
- •- Willingness to reduce alcohol consumption;
- •- Access to the internet
排除标准
- •- currently under psychotherapy oder medication due to alcohol
- •- medication for alcohol reduction within the past 6 months
- •- diagnosis of any alcohol/drug use disorder
