Inclusion Criteria
Patients suffering from clinically diagnosed anal fissure in ano of more than 6 weeks of duration.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with haemorrhoids, fistula, other anal pathologies or previous anal surgeries, cardiac patients and pregnant women were excluded from the study.
Patients suffering with chronic fissure in ano secondary to Ulcerative colitis, Crohnâ??s disease, anal/ rectal malignancy, rectal tuberculosis

Name Time Method To Access the anoderm healing and pain relief following the treatment of chronic fissure in ano with two modalities of treatment.Timepoint: use upto 1 week / 4 week /8 week
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method to assess the incidence of any complications like peri anal sepsis and anal incontinence associated various treatment modalities.Timepoint: to assess upto after complication 2 month.
