入排标准
入选标准
- •Married female patients of age 19-40 years
- •Regular menstrual cycle .
- •If any one of the criteria present in Applebaum uterine scoring system as follows included in the clinical trial
- •1.Endometrial thickness is less than 10mm on 21th day of menstruation.
- •2.Endometrial layering - no layering or hazy
- •3.Endometrial motion less than 3 contraction in 2 min
- •4.Myometrial echogenicity is inhomogenous or coarse
- •5.Uterine artery doppler flow P.I greater than 2.2
- •6.Endometrial blood flow within zone 3-Sparse or absent.
- •7.Myometrial blood flow on gray scale is absent.
排除标准
- •Participants have a major systemic illness like DM-Hypertension
- •Active genital tract infection
- •CA of the genital tract
- •Hepatitis B
- •Hepatitis C
- •Uterine anomalies like fibroid-polyp-arcuate uterus- septate uterus-didelphus
