入选标准
- •a) Young adults in post-cancer care aged 18 to 39 years.
- •b) Completion of intensive treatment for oncological diseases.
- •c) Hospital discharge = 2 months and = 5 years after the last medical examination at the end of intensive treatment to ensure that young adults in cancer follow-up have returned to daily routine (i.e. completion of rehabilitation programme).
- •d) Physical activity per week < 150 minutes of moderate activity, < 75 minutes of intense endurance-oriented movements, i.e. below physical activity recommendations for people in cancer follow-up (Schmitz et al., 2010).
- •e) Sufficient knowledge of written and spoken German to follow instructions.
- •f) Medical confirmation of the participant's fitness for sports by the attending physician
- •g) Signed declaration of consent of the participants
排除标准
- •a) Physically active young adults in cancer follow-up who already meet the guidelines for people in cancer follow-up for weekly physical activity (> 150 minutes of moderate activity, > 75 minutes of intense endurance-oriented exercise) without difficulty.
- •b) Insufficient knowledge of written and spoken German to follow instructions.
- •c) Current medical contraindication to physical activity stated by the attending physician
- •d) Treatment for relapse or secondary cancer
- •e) Planned surgery within the next two months
- •f) Cardiac arrhythmia during physical activity
- •g) Diagnosis of diabetes < 3 months prior to enrolment
- •h) Severe muscle injury or fracture < 2 months prior to recruitment
- •i) Inability to follow instructions due to cognitive impairment or mental disorder.
