a) Young adults in post-cancer care aged 18 to 39 years.
b) Completion of intensive treatment for oncological diseases.
c) Hospital discharge = 2 months and = 5 years after the last medical examination at the end of intensive treatment to ensure that young adults in cancer follow-up have returned to daily routine (i.e. completion of rehabilitation programme).
d) Physical activity per week < 150 minutes of moderate activity, < 75 minutes of intense endurance-oriented movements, i.e. below physical activity recommendations for people in cancer follow-up (Schmitz et al., 2010).
e) Sufficient knowledge of written and spoken German to follow instructions.
f) Medical confirmation of the participant's fitness for sports by the attending physician
g) Signed declaration of consent of the participants
a) Physically active young adults in cancer follow-up who already meet the guidelines for people in cancer follow-up for weekly physical activity (> 150 minutes of moderate activity, > 75 minutes of intense endurance-oriented exercise) without difficulty.
b) Insufficient knowledge of written and spoken German to follow instructions.
c) Current medical contraindication to physical activity stated by the attending physician
d) Treatment for relapse or secondary cancer
e) Planned surgery within the next two months
f) Cardiac arrhythmia during physical activity
g) Diagnosis of diabetes < 3 months prior to enrolment
h) Severe muscle injury or fracture < 2 months prior to recruitment
i) Inability to follow instructions due to cognitive impairment or mental disorder.
