Inclusion Criteria

Clinically diagnosed PMDD with DSM 5 Criteria

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnant and lactating subjects, Subjects using Oral Contraceptive Pills, Subjects diagnosed with any other mental disorders specified in DSM 5 , Subjects contra indicated for Snehapana procedure (assessment tool developed by the investigators based on authentic Ayurvedic literatures)
